Willie has been riding with horses since he was 5 years old. He raised his own & has shown Appaloosa horses successfully for 10 years. From there he went to training horses for sale until he realized that the person was the one that needed training. Willie now focuses on horsemanship and riding lessons, leasing and selling. He will speak about the twists and turns that got him here, the people who helped him and how training a horse and training a person to succeed in business are related.

Business entrepreneurs often have strong beliefs about a market opportunity and are willing to accept a high level of personal, professional or financial risk to pursue that opportunity.
